Benefits of meditating
Why meditating can enhance your life physically,
mentally and emotionally.
It’s 5am! this is crazy I am wide awake and all I can think
about is getting what I am about to say down on paper, don’t get me wrong I
love my sleep like any other normal person, but this has to be said and right
now!
You see I have this dream about reaching out to thousands of
people, I have this incredible healing gift that I have been given and I want
to share that with anyone that wants to receive it. I haven’t always known that I had this gift and was truly amazed
that this was given to me, and I receive this blessing with praise, thanks and
huge amounts of love!
Through the art of meditating, I gradually begun to wake up
to who I truly am. A few years ago I lived what one would call a life without
meaning. You know what I mean…..not
really paying to much attention on our well being, going through life wishing
things would change but not really doing anything about it, living in this
bubble of life and not realising that there is so much more to you!
While meditating you can connect to who you truly are, your
authentic self, the real you. You begin to realise that you are so much more
than what you perceive yourself to be. It helps you to become a stronger
person, it helps you to cope with life’s challenges, it helps you to control
your emotions. If you are lacking in self-esteem it can help you over come
this, any problems or issues in your life will become less worrying for you
because you will be able to deal with them easily and effortlessly without
pulling your hair out and getting stressed!
You will no longer be burdened by all of these worries because you will
be a stronger person. Believe me when
I say this really works, because I have achieved all of the above and so much
more!
I would have never had known that I had this gift of
healing, if I hadn't have stopped and taken the time out for myself….I am no
longer afraid to make changes in my life, I no longer worry about everyday
things, I am a stronger person and I do not let my emotions control me….and
lets face it we have all let those emotions take over us at some stage
in our lives, that boyfriend or girlfriend that has done you wrong and you think your whole
world is ending, the work colleague that makes you just want to scream anytime
you are forced to make conversation with them!……issues like these just don’t
worry or annoy you any longer, you learn to cope with them in a different way,
a way that doesn’t make you feel emotionally unstable or at all frustrated.
Meditating has definitely led me to live a more fulfilled
life, I feel more alive and happy that I have found the true me!
It takes just 5 minutes per day to start connecting and
meditating, this takes practice but with your determination and perseverance
you are only a short way away from starting to live a better life and change
for the better.
You can achieve the so called impossible…..what ever you
want out of life just go for it…..life is amazing when you truly just believe
and live it!……and meditate!
